Mass Effect 5 Appears To Be In Early Development

To the surprise of some, it would seem as though Mass Effect 5 is on it's way to becoming a reality. Project Director, Michael Gamble sent out a Tweet asking fans,

BioWare is conformed to be working on a fourth installment of the Dragon Age franchise as well as a complete overhaul of the once-promising Anthem, in a move aimed at winning some fans back (You see what you internet guys started with that whole Sonic The Hedgehog movie thing?!) after a disappointing last few years for the once-beloved developer. It may be quite some time before we hear anything official on the matter as they currently have a lot on their plate but don't be shocked if you hear an official announcement that the series has been revived after so quickly being written off after the critical disaster that was Mass Effect: Andromeda.
