(Epix)

Hi! I'm Shilo but if you're reading this you may know me better as Epix! First I'd like to take a minute to say thank you for taking the time to come visit our Mom's Basement Gaming. You have no idea how much we all thank you for taking the time to come check us out whether it's on here, our Twitch streams, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. We understand that there are a ton of entertainment options for you out there right now so the fact that you've chosen to spend some time with us is appreciated at the level that can't be measured. Thank you!

So, a bit about me! I launched Mom's Basement Gaming on August 17th, 2019. At the time, I was streaming Destiny 2 straight from my Xbox with no mic other than the basic headset and no camera. I quickly learned that wasn't enough, both the hardware and just streaming. Ambition got the better of me and I decided that I wanted to put together a team of streamers, start a website, all the social medias, podcasts, web-comics, the works so here we are today slowly but surely building towards all those things.

History of gaming: I started playing NES at my grandparents house in 80's and it evolved from there. N64 GoldenEye and WWE/F Games. Dreamcast then original Xbox. I LOVED Splinter Cell and Knights of the Old Republic. I switched to PC for about 10 years and I've been on Xbox since until August 2019. I've been playing on all consoles and PC since having a custom PC build

Goals for MBG: I'd like to do my part to create a community for gamers. Somewhere that everybody can come and find something from a like minded Content Creator, whether that's news, a blog, streaming, or a podcast. We're not going to have everything for everybody but I'd like to think that we'll have something for everybody. We're always open to playing or talking about what you want to see/hear so I hope people let us know what's on their list!

Favorite Games: Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Fallout, I was a big mark for the old wrestling games on N64, KOTOR, I could spend all day listing off the games I love. Witcher 3. I need to stop right now.

I just want to take another second to say thank you. It's been so much fun for us to bring you all sorts of content and we're SO looking forward to bringing you so much more. I appreciate your patience, feed back, and requests as we build out Mom's Basement Gaming to what we know it can be. So please keep the feedback coming and thank you for your support!
